What does a psychotherapist do?
Psychotherapists work with patients to better understand their feelings and attitudes and then help them decide if they want to change. Dr. Moore does not prescribe medications, but she works in conjunction with a psychiatrist who will prescribe medications if necessary.
Fees:
Most people, especially in these times, are concerned about the fee. I understand this concern and do everything I can to try to keep costs from becoming a factor preventing therapy.
If the situation is appropriate, I work on a sliding scale. Major insurance plans are accepted. Please call me so that we can discuss your options.
